While fashion and portraits are our main focus, by no means are we limited to these products. From time to time, we take on special projects that are not necessarily related to fashion or portraits, but nonetheless offer the opportunity to create an incredibly diverse palette of imagery.
Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, located in Richmond, Virginia, is ranked among the top ten botanical gardens in the U.S. We worked with their Plant Records department to help document the accessions of the entire Garden with photography as well as updating the in-house database with written records.

The Richmond Bluegrass Jam is an annual event put together by a group of dedicated volunteers to raise money for the Fisher House at McGuire Veterans Hospital. Fisher House provides free accommodations for the families of veterans while their loved ones are hospitalized. The Richmond Bluegrass Jam showcases bands from all over the southeast. We have provided photographic coverage of the event for their promotional purposes since 2014. This year, we added video coverage through our IFM Films division.

The Italian town of Sesto Fiorentino has known human settlement as far back as Mesolithic times, c. 9,000 BC but was named as a town proper by the Romans (“the sixth mile from the town milestone”).
In 1735, Marquis Carlo Ginori founded one of the first porcelain plants in Europe, the Manifattura di Doccia. Now under the name Richard-Ginori, the company is still located in Sesto, and is the largest porcelain manufacturer in Italy.
The original factory had long been abandoned and nearly destroyed during WWII. A few years ago, town officials decided to restore the building and turn it into the town library. It is a slow, painstaking, and very expensive process since it was decided to maintain the original 18th century style and elegance. Hence, only the central part has thus been restored.
My good friend and photographic colleague Flavio Gori invited me to participate in a photo documentary project. The only caveat was we had to do the whole project with our iPhones. Flavio and I spent an entire day photographing the library and combing through the adjacent ruins, which await further restoration.
