The year 2022 saw the beginning of a very dark chapter in modern history when Russia invaded Ukraine. On bright spot in the whole sordid affair was how virtually the entire civilized world came together in support of Ukraine and its citizens. Ukraine's national colors, blue and yellow, have appeared in some unlikely places, such as the conservatory dome at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens in Richmond, Virginia.
